Meet Dr. Michael Shoar

Bio

Dr. Michael Shoar attended Florida International University, where he obtained his bachelor degree in computer science and bachelor degree in mathematics. After working in computer field for over 4 years, he realized his passion for helping others, so he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his passion in the field of medicine. He then attended California University Northridge (CSUN) in 1988, where he completed his PreMed program.

Dr. Shoar attended CCCLA chiropractic college in Los Angeles and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) and his California chiropractic physician license. After receiving his license, he practiced for an individually owned chiropractic practice for five years. Then, he became a clinic director for a chiropractic corporation, overseeing patient care for 12 clinics. In 2005, he began practicing in Chicago, where he was clinic director for a medical corporation with over six clinics, managing and directing treatment and care of thousands of patients.

Dr. Shoar recently returned to California and has been practicing in Oxnard since November 2017, helping patients with acute and chronic neuro-muscular and skeletal problems and weight loss.
